Description
Weld-On® 30 is a fast speed 2-component structural adhesive in off white. It cures at room temperature to form a high strength bond within minutes when mixed at ratio (10:1 ) and applied;. The adhesive has excellent corrosion and chemical resistance, gap-filling capabilities, in addition to excellent impact and fatigue resistance, even in extreme temperature conditions, from -40º to 180º F (-40º to 82 º C).
SUBSTRATE RECOMMENDATIONS
Bonds a wide variety of substrates for sign and display fabrication. Extremely well suited to unprepared metals, including Aluminum, CRS and Stainless Steel, as well as, painted and coated metals. Excellent adhesion to plastics such as PVC, polycarbonate, ABS, acrylic, as well as, thermoset composites with epoxy, polyester or vinyl ester resin matrices.
BONDING RECOMMENDATIONS
Weld-On 30 is UL 746C approved with high bond strength and resistance to extreme environmental conditions. Use on:
- Indoor and outdoor signage applications
- Electrical equipment assemblies
- Other signage fabrication where extreme temperature resistance is critical
