Weld-On 4 acrylic adhesive is a water-thin, blush-resistant solvent cement formulated for clear, high-strength bonding of acrylic (PMMA) and compatible thermoplastics. Praised across fabrication industries for its ability to bond cast or extruded acrylic panels via capillary or soak methods, it cures rapidly—often allowing handling within minutes—and develops durable joints over several hours. Unlike thicker adhesives, Weld‑On 4 minimizes “blushing” (white residue), delivering a pristine, high-integrity finish every time
Not recommended for cross-linked acrylic.

BONDING RECOMMENDATIONS
The bond is achieved by first softening the surfaces to be joined and then fusing them together with dissipation of the solvent. Strong butt joints are made with flat sheets by using the soak method for such applications as cementing letters to acrylic panels.
