TERMS: We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

ORDERS & SHIPPING: We try to ship your orders within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once a package is in the courier’s system, delays are no longer within our control. We reserve the right to specify routing of shipments. Thomas Supply Co reserves the right to split / send separately / invoice separately.
PRICING
All prices are subject to change without notice. Thomas Supply Co reserves the right to revise any prices in our online catalog at any time due to pricing errors, manufacturer pricing changes, etc.
FREIGHT DAMAGE OR LOSS
Before signing the courier bill of lading for your shipment please make sure you inspect the packages for damage and that every box has arrived, for example, box 1, 2, and 3 of 3. Thomas Supply Co is not responsible for damaged freight or missing boxes after a customer signs for received shipment.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Claims for damaged shipments are to be placed directly with the carrier. Please do not return damaged goods to us. Notify the carrier company immediately and file your claim. We can help you with this process. Thomas Supply Co is not liable for wages or time lost on defective products, or on material application/misapplication.
RETURNED GOODS
All products sold by Thomas Supply Co are returnable only in accordance with the warranty provisions listed below. Credit will not be issued on unauthorized returns.
- Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned in its original box within 30 days of receipt via pre-approved courier. All shipments will be inspected. Credits will be applied once product is received by the shipping department.
- Computer software, CDs, DVDs may only be returned for refunds if the package and seal is unbroken and not tampered with, and in new condition.
- For shipments being sent back to Thomas Supply Co, DO NOT add a dollar value for contents due to very high insurance fees.
- Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion.
- No returns on all CLEARANCE or discontinued items in our catalogue.
- All product returns purchased from Thomas Supply Co are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled except on terms that compensate Thomas Supply Co against loss. NOTE: SPECIAL ORDERS cannot be cancelled or returned without prior authorization from . If Thomas Supply Co is able to negotiate a return and credit arrangement with the manufacturer, a returned product restocking fee and credit arrangement will be completed with our customer.
CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
- If you submit a testimonial to us using testimonials form, then you agree that we may publish your testimonial, together with your name and any logo that you upload using the form, on this website[ and on any successor website that we may operate from time to time], on such page and in such position as we may determine in our sole discretion.
- You further agree that we may edit the testimonial and publish edited or partial versions of the testimonial. TAXES
The amount of any present or future federal, state, local or other taxes applicable to the sale of products listed herein shall be added to the price and paid by the Purchaser unless Purchaser provides Thomas Supply Co. with a valid exemption certificate acceptable to Thomas Supply Co and the appropriate taxing authority.
WARRANTY
All of our products are warranted to the extent of the manufacturer’s express warranty to Thomas Supply Co. All statements, technical information and recommendations about our supplied products are based upon tests believed to be reliable but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty. All products are sold with the understanding that the Purchaser has independently determined the suitability of such products for its purpose. We shall honor the manufacturer’s technical evaluation of suspected material and at no time will we be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the defective product or in any way be liable or responsible for consequential or incidental damages. Thomas Supply Co will issue credit to the customer upon inspection of the returned product or item.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE COLLECT AND DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION ?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address and information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 4 – WORDPRESS
Our store runs on the WordPress platform. WordPress provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through the WordPress data storage, databases and the general WordPress application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then PayPal stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
